I liked all of the accommodation services, the location, the rooms, the restaurant food and the facility overall. we also felt very secured with the National Guard/army patrolling the place day and night. As soon as we got of the Mayan Train from Cancun an officer offered his guidance and walked us to the exit where the courtesy Shuttle from the hotel picked us up and dropped us at the hotel doors. This has been one of the best hotels I have experienced in Mexico and to top everything even the prices were low for the quality of services and place. Me and my wife felt like in a second Honey Moon we even extended our stay for a couple of nights. I strongly recommend the Tren Maya and their Hotels to all of my friends and relatives. We already have plans to go back with our children and grandchildren ASAP ! Claim your share of the good life in the jungle near the Chiche Itza Pyramids and all of the great nature in Cancun and Yucatan in Mexico.

Set in over 100 acres of landscaped gardens within Chichen Itza Archaeological Park. It features 3 outdoor pools and typical Mayan-style bungalows. The location, restaurant served good food and breakfast was excellent, the staff and our exceptional tour guide, Jesus who told us everything about the Mayan culture at Chichen Itza. The air conditioned van and the driver was comfort plus. I also enjoyed how quiet it was at night and the only sound were the birds and crickets.

This luxury hotel offers spacious accommodation, nestled in the incredible Chichen Itza archaeological site. It is surrounded by a lush natural environment filled with exotic wildlife. The pool was amazing! The staff was really helpful and friendly. They responded to all of our messages quickly and helpfully. Even when we arrived at the Tren Maya station which was a full on construction side in the middle of nowhere, they responded to our message within minutes and booked us a taxi! The service in the restaurant was outstanding! We could tell that the staff was classically trained and we had the best service we have received in Mexico

Fantastic secluded locale minutes away from Chichén Itzá and the Ik Kil cenote; the hacienda style lodging offers individualized personal space away from other clients. The pool is an excellent amenity that is open late into the evening that allows for a dark evening swim under the palm trees and the stars. Service staff is friendly and attentive without being overbearing. The hotel cuisine is top notch with a solid quality/quantity/price ratio. Highly recommended if a visit to Chichén Itzá on your own time and dime is in your plans.

Located in the heart of the Chichen Itza Archaeological Park, Mayaland Hotel & Bungalows offers a shuttle service from the bungalows to the park's main entrance. We had a view of the observatory from our room. Which was divine. The whirlpool tub was great after a long day walking. All the staff were super helpful and friendly. The restaurant was amazing, and the margaritas were delicious.

We had a house with kitchen and garden and two bathrooms plus additional toilet at our disposal and were very happy with our stay. Private parking and a quiet neighbourhood. It was the perfect place for us - we could prepare our own breakfast and dinner after a long day out. We loved it and would go back any time.
