So convenient! In some reviews, people complained about trouble finding the place… I had a couple people point me in the right direction and found it really easy. In the morning I woke up right before boarding and just rolled in up to my gate- so easy (and nice not to hve to go through security!) I found my room cute and charming. Really nice shower. Really comfy bed. Really clean room. The staff there were kind and helpful.

Everything was perfect, but the FREE shuttle bus to the airport and breakfast were the best. Even though breakfast was not included, and we had to pay 10 dls aprox for it (each one), it really worth it. Installations and facilities at the hotel were great. There is a Mc Donald close to it and it has Gluten Free options (in case you need to go out for dinner).

    The Shiphol Airport is our favourite airport to enter and leave Europe. The Shiphol Plaza inside the airport gives you the option to eat for the first - or the last time - depends if you're coming or going - a delicious bite of European food. You may also just land with a carry-on and start shopping for clothes there. As Shiphol offers free WiFi you're able to navigate around even if your cell phone plan is not covering Europe. The main hall is also the entrance to the train station where you can start with a train (don't forget to buy a ticket at one of the many ticket machines, or pre-book online) to Amsterdam Centraal Station in the middle of Amsterdam.

    We did not visit Badhoevedorp except to sleep and eat a few meals in the apartment. We liked being able to quickly travel to the airport and from there we could catch a train or bus to ANYWHERE. We are an older couple and this apartment hotel worked very well for us.

    Lovely city close to Schiphool.

    Lovely city close to Schiphool. Lots of nice walking paths around. I love the Seringenpark and windmill in Stommeermolen. Then, you just have to visit the Flower auction Aalsmeer. That is something incredible. The public transportation is very good, but you can also reach all the places easily by walking or by bike.

    Although our hotel was in an area that felt like a business...

    Although our hotel was in an area that felt like a business park, it was a short walk to a nice, wooded suburban trail. This led to clean, nice neighborhoods. We ended up walking for a little over a mile to a local restaurant in the Sloterweg neighborhood. A very pleasant experience.

    This was a nice area to stay while visiting Amsterdam.

    This was a nice area to stay while visiting Amsterdam. It was about a 25 minute drive to central Amsterdam, but it was very restful to be in a smaller community with a a few small shops, stores and restaurants after spending the day taking in all the sights and sounds of central Amsterdam.

    If you are passing through Schiphol, it's usually good.

    If you are passing through Schiphol, it's usually good. They have a speed track for those making connections with a short layover at passport control. However, in the summer, they get lots of thunderstorms, and so flights don't often arrive on time. If you get stuck there, the Dutch are not particularly warm or helpful, so expect a calloused response to any requests for help, particularly from KLM and the border agents at passport control who seem suspicious about why you are in Amsterdam in the first place.

    It is a bright, clean and comfortable site which offers rooms, apartments and conference facilities. We loved discovering the local shops, 20 minutes away on foot. The pool was perfect for getting a little more exercise before our onward flight home.

    Is is a lovely village with very nice people.

    Is is a lovely village with very nice people. Really paceful and a very good place to stay if you have business in the schiphol area or amsterdam. I recommend the restaurants around the beautiful lake and the hotels Blue Mansion, Alsmeer Hotel and Chariot.
