Located in Lake Tekapo in the Canterbury region, Mount Cook Station Huts features a garden. This luxury tent provides free private parking, a shared kitchen and free WiFi. It was a real privilege to be able to spend two nights at this fantastic location. Our hut was very comfortable and the nearby shared kitchen and bathroom hut was well equipped. Our host Alana was very welcoming and provided lots of useful information. We spent a lovely day at the station doing the nearby suggested walks and were lucky enough to watch the early morning clouds lift and get a view later on of Mount Cook. The clear skies on our second night afforded us a great view of the Milky Way. By the way, the gravel road up to the station is by no means difficult to negotiate and the end result is most definitely worth it.

Featuring garden views, Mount Cook Station Shearers Quarters Lodge in Lake Tekapo features accommodation, a garden, barbecue facilities and a shared lounge. Exceptionel view from the premise. The rooms were really cozy, and the shared kitchen was fully equipped with everything you'd need. The bathrooms were clean and showers great. Definitely worth the drive, even though it takes you on a long gravel-road adventure.

Situated in Mount Cook National Park and offering beautiful mountain views, Aoraki Mount Cook Alpine Lodge is a 5-minute walk from Sir Edmund Hillary Alpine Centre. Loved the communal space with a view. Our room also had an amazing view. The staff was very friendly.

Featuring a hot tub, Silo House is set in Lake Tekapo. This property offers access to a balcony, free private parking and free WiFi. The apartment has a terrace and a hot tub. This was by far our favourite stay I've ever had, world wide! The property is architecturally amazing and furnished and finished to exquisite standards. It is so clean and has absolutely everything you could need. Our hosts guided us to the stunning and perfectly remote location of the property and we're very kind. The skylight is an obvious bonus and the hot tub was stunning, I believe natural cleaners are used as there was a lovely essential oil smell rather than harsh chemicals. The bed was so comfy, the shower had great pressure and temperature. So much privacy, gorgeous sunset from the balcony, I've never felt so comfortable and so lucky to be able to stay somewhere, only wish we'd booked more than one night as we didn't want to leave!

47 km from Mt. Dobson in Lake Tekapo, Bunker House features accommodation with access to a hot tub. This property offers access to a terrace and free private parking. Everything!!! Best accommodation we have ever stayed in. The hot tub with snow surrounding mountains was a highlight, but the design and level of finishes was like nothing else we have stay in around the world. They have thought of everything and definitely couldn’t recommend this to anyone enough. We will be back.
