Veryyyyy close to airport, I arrived at 1:30 am , after a 22 hour flight, I had an excellent personal pickup for no extra charge & felt very safe. They accommodated our every need and went above and beyond to help us with all our questions and requests. Their hospitality made our trip even more memorable. Our room was comfortable for our family of four. Also, the pool was always a welcome relief after our daily excursions. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the Ngermid Oasis and would stay there again in a heartbeat.

We loved that it was tucked away a few miles from downtown Koror. Jerome and Godiva go above and beyond starting with communication before arrival. We stayed for 10 nights and they helped with booking tours, taxis, car rentals etc. It was the perfect home away from home for exploring Palau. Thank you!

Providing garden views, Shell Villa apartel resort in Koror offers accommodation, a garden, a bar, barbecue facilities and a shared lounge. The apartment was big with a nice living Room and big bedrooms/suites. The staff was the best I've ever found on my list of travels. Leo was great and gave us the best recommendations for tours and restaurants. Sylvia and Josh were also very professionals and made us feeling at home. I would highly recommend Shell Villas when you come to Palau.
