I've always found the staff to be efficient, friendly and helpful. In fact I accidentally left two items of clothing behind in the wardrobe. Upon realising this, I called the Hotel's front desk and was met with a young lady who was more than happy to assist in recovering these items for me. Within a few days my clothes had been sent to me in Lamphun. Fantastic service...thank you Survanabhumi Ville staff for your consistent helpfulness. Van & Moo Moore

Everything is easy to get to with taxi and even walking. It is a much more relaxing vibe here than in central Bangkok and just a short taxi ride to the airport. There is a few okay shopping malls there also.

We had a great stay the front desk went out if their way to accommodate out late arrival 1AM. Driver was polite and helpful. Rasi at the front desk gave on the spot advise of how to get around Bonus was the breakfast and van ride to the airport.

Such a convenient place to stay. Located just a few minutes walk to and from BTS Saint Louis. Staff were respectful, accommodating, and friendly. They taught me how to go around the area as to where to eat, get a good massage, and navigate through the destinations I want to visit using the BTS. One of the best features of the hotel is the restaurants and coffee shops nearby. You can find hundreds of them! This hotel is clean and comfortable. More than enough for a short BKK getaway!

Talk to staff for the best food spots and things to do. I could not recommend this place more. Also the breakfast is local and delicious 10/10 will be sleeping here again.
