It's also easy enough to catch the bus & then E train into Times Square to check out some of the city. I'd get an Uber/taxi back though, especially after sunset. Great location.

There wasn't much that I liked about this hotel.
There wasn't much that I liked about this hotel. The hotel service was really bad. It was 25 degrees outside and cold in the hotel on one side of the room by the window. The heater was barely heating to my satisfaction and all I had was a thin cover. I asked the attendant at the desk for a blanket, and he looked at me as if I was from another planet. He suggested that I turn the temperature to the ideal setting of 78 degrees. The heater worked for a while and then it wasn't as effective later in the morning. I would suggest better service and a blanket at least.

Everything about this stay was perfect for me. Very clean & fresh, comfortable room and the location was ideal. Easy walk to the park, bar & lounges as well as restaurants and grab & go stores. Definitely would recommend & for sure would use this location for my next stay.

It is located within walking distance to groceries (Whole Foods & Trader Joes) & the A train (which connects to JFK), and the room was nicely stocked with the basics for cooking & eating. So, we were delighted by the other bonuses: a clean, charming room, comfortable bed, joyous decor & a lovely, responsive host.
