My husband and I had an amazing stay! Everything was perfect, you can see the Top Management is taking care of all the details. Food selection was top and our room was super comfortable. We would like to thank all the staff that make sure we had a great time. We arrived tired on the check in as we flew from Italy. Amelia on the reception was so empathetic and make sure we had all the info we needed as smooth as possible so we could go directly to rest. We also met the amazing team of hostess that greeted you in all the restaurants. The waiters, the servers in the buffet line, Marcos who made sure my husband had every morning his panino as he liked it. And special thanks to Rafael and Daniel, the two beach and pool waiters that were all the time with us making our stay so memorable. Thank you❤️ we will be back soon!

I visited with my 2 sisters for our first "Sis-caytion" and the resort was the perfect place for this special occasion. We bonded, dined, relaxed, partied, took beautiful pictures in this picturesque resort and explored Punta Cana! The staff named us "The Destiny's Child" lol. From the warm welcome, to the great entertainment options, cleanliness to the wonderful staff! I can say this is definitely worth the money. I expected a lot considering the expensive price but quite frankly it bit my expectations. Rooms and environment was cleaned around the clock, security was on point. They had something for everything. For an all inclusive, the quality of the food and drinks were 5* restaurant quality (especially if you eat at the restaurants). The breakfast buffet was amazing. We ate ate and ate until we could eat no more. The resort is so beautiful and honestly, whatever your vibe is, there is something for you. The staff- work like robots, so efficient and always on the job but always remain so friendly, happy and always willing to help or make you laugh. I hope they are getting paid well enough (because they deserve it). When you want peace and quiet, or if you want to party of meet people, they had something for you. I normally don't leave reviews but I just had to. HIGHLY RECOMMEND.

We had a fantastic stay! The hotel offers a beautiful pool and access to a private beach. There is also poolside service, and all the staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming. The breakfast was absolutely delicious, with an extensive selection that included everything we could possibly wish for. We personally enjoy a French-Belgian style breakfast, and all the essentials were available, along with a wide variety of hot dishes. One small suggestion to help the hotel avoid unnecessary waste: the room service was excellent, but we had no idea about the portion sizes, which turned out to be quite generous. For example, when we ordered the “chicken sandwich,” we expected a small snack, but it ended up being a full meal. Because we didn’t realize this, we ordered far too much and unfortunately couldn’t finish it. A small photo on the menu or a quick mention of portion size over the phone could help guests make more informed choices, and prevent food from going to waste. We would definitely return or stay longer next time, but on this trip we’re planning to explore more of the country by rental car.

I had an excellent vacation at the resort, i highly recommended it as the best in PuntaCana. Professional, kind, friendly and helpful staff,they serve you with love.
