Wonderful holiday, very friendly, attentive and caring staff, every step they try to make comfortable. Cozy rooms with terrace, clean and roomy. Delicious food, breakfasts and dinners are something. Clean beach, deep sea where you can swim, and safe sea, cause after the depth it is shallow. Great service on the beach (cleaning sunglasses, cool and wet tissues for face, cool drinks and caring staff. Every evening there is some entertainment, like music or movie watching on the beach. Since we are Russian we were happy that some staff speak Russian, so nice. Great for couples and highly recommend.

Excellent place to stay in El Gouna - if I am ever back in this area, I will stay here again, no doubt. The room is spacious and clean, the bed is comfortable, the WiFi works well, and the Jacuzzi is an added benefit. The resort is great overall, with nice facilities and a friendly and helpful stuff. Added on services are great - e.g., they got my laundry done in a few hours and and at a great price. Breakfast was fabulous.

Good example for what a 5 star hotel means! Comfort and cleanliness, customer service (Ahmed and Mahmoud were really nice and helpful), food was so diverse that it was impossible to try everything and for most exigent tastes! Asma from the Spa and Health Center- massage - is sooo good!

Romario, the Front Desk Agent at Club Paradiso, succeeded in convincing us to extend our stay from one night to four, thanks to his outstanding professionalism during check-in, his warm welcome, and the way he introduced the hotel and its facilities as if we were part of his own family. Just hours after our arrival, we decided to stay three more nights. We truly appreciated the competitive rate he offered for the extension, along with a room upgrade that made our stay even more enjoyable. My wife and daughter were delighted with the experience, and had our travel schedule allowed, we would have gladly extended our stay further. The entire hotel team was exceptional—always smiling, helpful, and proactive in offering assistance. Whether at the reception, by the pool, or on the beach, the service was consistently warm and attentive. The food was another highlight, with exceptional variety and quality at every meal—special thanks to Chef Mohamed and his team, as well as the entire F&B staff, for their outstanding hospitality and seamless service. Everything was exceptional, the hotel exceeded our expectations. The room is clean, spacious and modern. The pools are excellent, there are several of them, from the relaxing pool to those with animators and children's pools. There are entertainment facilities for adults as well, such as mini golf, billiards, darts, gym... there are also several bars and restaurants, which were also excellent. I would like to point out that all the staff were extremely pleasant and helpful, and I would especially like to point out Mr. Hassan, who works at the reception. He was extremely nice, he was at our disposal, he also helped with the organization of my partner's birthday and the surprise cake. We look forward to coming to this hotel again.
