The best for relaxing, most calmest and cleanest resort I have visited in El Gouna. I really enjoyed me staying..I will definitely come again, and I’ll recommend it to everyone I know.. Great resort! We stayed at family suite by the lagoon and it was amazing. Hotel grounds is beautiful and green, very clean and photogenic. We stayed with our small dog (paid extra 1000 egp for the dog for the whole stay) and it was really easy and nice. It has pool and small sand beaches with shades. Also they have a private beach where you can go every hour with a shuttle boat, it takes 5min to get to the beach of open sea. The private beach have a hotel beach-bar and also small souk and other bars-restaurant and even a spa. All the staff is very friendly and attentive, food is delicious. Would definitely visit again!

Hotel was so nice and perfect location, 2 minute walk to downtown Gouna. Reception staff very friendly and accomodating. Cleaner Hany Aziz always doing such a good job! In buffet, Saher was always making us feel so welcome, even teaching us some Arabic. In Lagoon Bar, Ahmed always joking with us and making us smile. Galaxy Spa was so amazing, very good atmosphere and very hard working team. Receptionist at the spa was so, so wonderful, really lovely man, speaks amazing English and his kind words always made me feel like a queen. Highly recommend Basma to do your massage, she is very good at her job, she has magic hands! She also speaks good english. Also the animation team was very friendly and work hard to keep guests entertained. It was so nice to see bellydancing and tannoura at the hotel and have the chance to try it too. I really enjoyed my stay in Rihana Resort and I recommend it so much! Thank you to everyone there. Shokra gedan!
