All-Inclusive Stays in Elounda

We stayed at Aquilia Hotel on an all-inclusive basis and absolutely loved our experience! The food was excellent — not only the buffet, but also three different à la carte restaurants where all-inclusive guests can enjoy selected dishes for free. One of the best parts was the amazing staff. Every single team member, from the reception to the restaurants and the beach, was always smiling, friendly, and genuinely interested in how we were doing. Despite the hot weather, they worked tirelessly and with such great energy. Special thanks to everyone at the Mirabello Restaurant and to Konstantinos for everything! The hotel is large enough that it never feels crowded or chaotic. It’s right by the sea, and the beach area with sunbeds is spotless. The beach staff are attentive and regularly check if you need anything. A huge thank you to Zia at the beach bar — she always made everyone’s day brighter and created such a great atmosphere there. We also joined the Ouzo tasting at the beach bar, which was a fantastic experience. Our room was spacious, spotless, and cleaned daily. The architecture of the hotel means there are quite a lot of stairs between the rooms and the sea, which is something to keep in mind, but it didn’t bother us. Lunch at the buffet was particularly delicious — I really enjoyed the midday menu. One evening, there was a Greek Night with a dance team, live Greek music, and a full spread of traditional dishes. It ended with everyone — guests and staff — dancing together, which was such a memorable moment. The sea here is beautiful, calm, and crystal clear. I also loved the hotel’s app, which lets you order food and drinks, book activities, and make reservations online — a great use of technology to make things even easier. This was the absolute best resort I have ever stayed in! MUST STAY HERE! ALL-INCLUSIVE! From start to finish, this place was spectacular. They welcomed us with drinks and a meet and greet. The resort is stunning. The rooms were cozy and had beautiful views. The staff was extremely helpful. Our car had broke down and the staff did everything they could to help us. Also- they park your car every time you leave and come back- which is very helpful given the location of the parking. I would love to stay here again. The bar menu was delicious with cocktails and food. The staff was excellent and kind. I cannot recommend staying here enough!

Location, quality of facilities and staff hospitality

It was a really calm and wonderful experience from all aspects, starting with the hotel. I booked a suite with a private pool facing the sea. The room was beautiful, clean, and comfortable. All the hotel staff, without exception, were amazing and friendly, making you feel like you're dealing with family members rather than employees just doing their job. Honestly, I’ll definitely repeat the experience.

My family loved the resort. We were lucky to be upgraded when we arrived and the rooms with private pools we received were absolutely great! All the facilities we tried were good. Stunning views and the staff was quite friendly and helpful. We loved that we could just walk into the town, just a 15 minute walk.

This was our 4th visit to this excellent hotel. Everything is as always at the highest level. The breakfasts are excellent, the staff is impeccable, cleanliness, comfort, entertainment program every evening, here we got everything we need for an unforgettable vacation. The hotel's territory is stunningly decorated, like a medieval city surrounded by a garden of Eden. There is clean sand on the beach, comfortable sun beds, beach towels can be changed daily to clean ones. At the exit of the hotel there is a street with shops and taverns where you can eat delicious food and have fun shopping. But the hotel is quiet, as it is separated from the street by a park. I sincerely recommend this hotel, and I would like to come here again with pleasure.
