We are traveling for the first time with our little one and did a short stop in Zakynthos. the hotel team could not have been more accommodating to him and to us. The buffet was amazing (plenty of choice) and they always asked if we needed something diferent they could add. The receptionist that checked us in gave us a lot of recommendations, we want to come back to try them all. They had opened a kids water facility that was very welcomed for the hot day we had.

Amazing location and view. The amenities were all as described. And on top of this, an amazing staff to cater to our needs, and help us with any questions we might had, and even help planning our trips inside the island. A big shoutout to George at the front desk, always so helpful. Will definitely come back!

The room service was exceptional, everything was lovely, clean towels everything was clean, sanitary, coming back to a fresh room with new towels and everything in order after a long day of tourist activities really makes your holiday a lot nicer. The pools were lovely, clean, no complaints. Exceptional hotel, location was amazing, everything you could need, food, tourist shops, supermarkets, car and arv rentals, boat cruises, all within a short walk of the hotel, just down the main road. Even the room cleaners were very polite and smiley, everything was new, perfect, 0 complaints. The breakfast wasn’t anything special, but I’m not much of a breakfast person anyways. If you’re coming to Zakinthos, this hotel is perfect, couples, families, lads trips, I think it’s amazing and definitely worth the money.

This stay was truly 10/10 experience. The food was delicious, you always had a lot of options and drinks were good. The staff were so nice and worked really hard to make us happy. We had so much fun at thematic nights - Greek night and karaoke. Location is also a big plus, just a walk from beach and strip. We had no problems at all, room was comfortable and cleaned daily.
