This is one of the best hotels I stayed at, and everything was absolutely perfect - from the staff welcoming us upon arrival to hotel's amenities and location. The staff were super helpful and answered all of our questions and requests (e.g., booking tours etc). The hotel is located very close to Rethymno's Old town (15 min walk) and there is a beach with sunbeds nearby (2 min walk). I've stayed in this hotel before and will return on my next trip to Crete!

The all inclusive food was spectacular, especially Greek Night! The servers were very friendly and picking up dirty plates and refilling drinks promptly.

Friendly and wonderful staff. Hotel was modern and had all the ameneties required for a great vacation. Food and drink was also really good. Good mix of food and many Greek alternatives. Beach was short walk and really nice.

Excellent hotel, very friendly staff. Close to the beach. „Kri-kri“ kid club was exceptional, with a lot of activities for children, everything for children to make them happy.

Imperial Palace Adults Only has a seasonal outdoor swimming pool, fitness center, a garden and restaurant in Adelianos Kampos. This 4-star hotel offers a bar.

Staff was amazing. So was the pool, food at the pool bar, and the included breakfast. Close to beach and buss to get down to Old Town. A great place to chill.
