The facilities at this property were absolutely fantastic, offering us countless enjoyable moments by the nearby beaches and pool areas. The hotel staff, especially the housekeepers, were incredibly kind and attentive, making our stay feel like a dream come true—an experience that exceeded all expectations. The location in the jungle and away from the tourist areas was great. We were able to relax very well after being woken up in the morning by birdsong. The staff were always in a good mood and very attentive, the food was plentiful and very tasty. The concierge in particular (who we have to apologise for forgetting his name) was extremely helpful. He waited for us until 01:00 after we had some problems with our hire car at the airport. On the last of our three nights, we even received a free upgrade to one of the villas with a private pool. Thank you very much for a very relaxing start to our holiday.
