Very friendly and professional staff 10/10 Clean big room with nice bathroom- everything that you need (amenities, sleepers, bath rope, coffee/tea, water) Amazing breakfast! Easy check-in. We had noisy air conditioning in the room but they fixed the problem very fast. Valet parking. Underground free parking. The hotel has pool, gym, sauna.

From the front desk to the WhatsApp personal assistant, every request was handled quickly and kindly. The entire staff truly goes above and beyond to ensure a flawless stay. Our room was kept immaculately clean, with fresh flowers and thoughtful touches every day. The housekeeping team was meticulous, and their attention to detail made us feel special. One of the highlights was how the hotel made our 6-year-old daughter’s birthday unforgettable – surprising her with not one, but five different birthday cakes throughout our stay in the most heartwarming and joyful moments. W Dubai-Mina Seyahi, situated on the highly sought-after Jumeirah Beach coastline, is an urban luxury escape and destination to connect and rejoice. The hospitality, welcoming and the service was amazing especially Adnan in the front desk has made it so much enjoyable and more than what i was expecting.

Located in Dubai, 800 metres from Jebel Ali Beach, JA Beach Hotel, Dubai provides accommodation with an outdoor swimming pool, free private parking, a fitness centre and a garden. All was amazing the staffs were very polite and understanding but the manager was not nice guy at all I originally booked for 2 night because I like the staffs and the hotel I have decided to stay your more days and request the front desk gentleman called by Patrick and he said he will sort it out and there was another staff called by Elvis and he helped for my to do a late checkout, manager comes along categorically said no to my request of late checkout as my flight was at 02:10am I am still at the Airport.
