Fantastic staff who did their best on every step to check on our big family and make sure each and every one of them is comfortable and happy. The room was spacious, nicely furnished and very clean. Beds are comfortable. There is variety of amenities to use, all the bars and restaurant serve very nice food. In general the atmosphere was brilliant, thank you so much for all the hardworking people from gardeners, to bikes maintenance, restaurant staff, housekeeping, lifeguards, reception, management - all of you made us feel taken care of and welcomed! Special thanks to Mr. Haitham from management, we will definitely come back the next holiday.

The location is another highlight – perfectly situated for easy access to local attractions, shops, and transport links. Overall, this hotel exceeded my expectations in every way. Whether you're here for business or leisure, it offers a fantastic experience. Would definitely stay again!

I spent a long time choosing a hotel and was glad I picked this one. The rooms are spacious, cozy, and clean. There is an enormous selection of dishes, and the food is delicious; every day, we tried something new. My mom has stomach issues, so we were worried she wouldn’t find suitable food since she’s on a strict diet. We even brought various cereals with us. But our worries were unnecessary, as there was always a great selection of vegetables, fruits, and steamed meats. So, the meals here can fit any diet. The grilled meat and pizza were also very tasty, and we enjoyed the cocktails. I loved the idea of the beach towel bags; they’re incredibly convenient. The animators were fantastic – friendly girls. It’s great that the program is designed not only for kids but for adults too. My parents happily joined in the contests, and my mom took part in stretching and pool exercises. They even convinced me to join one pool workout, and as a healthy guy, I still found it fun! We also tried the inflatable couch and banana rides; it was one of the best experiences, as the ride was long and fast.

Amazing hospitality and service. the reception was very smooth and we got helped with a free-ground floor room upgrade. Club car was always available when we needed. The beach is so charming and clean. The food was delicious and so many options including deserts, I'd like to point out the Mangal restaurant for house grills. I had the best mixed grills in a very long time. Highly recommended! The staff was amazing. This was my 2nd visit and I'll definitely come back in the future.
