The room as more space that I thought which is great, same for the bathroom. The hotel is super well located, there's 7eleven, family smart and Lawson one or two blocks away. You can go to Tokyo pretty easily from the station. If you like TCG there's three small stores walking distance from the hotel.

The bed size was larger and more comfortable compared to other Kabukicho APA hotels. It was adequate for two people. The reception staff were fantastic. They were very friendly. When we checked in, they provided complimentary water, alcohol, and snacks. There is a coffee machine and microwave in the lobby. I didn't like the Kabukicho Apa hotel much, but this place is very good!
