There are convenience stores for international ATM and some restaurants open until 5 am. I'm a Akihabara regular btw. I'm in Tokyo every 2-4 months. The hotel staff made my requests possible. The hotel was within 3-5 minute walk to the train station depending on what line your are taking. This was a comfortable stay for me!
