Amazing stay in Lienz , the staff are friendly, welcoming and looking for your comfort. Room are large and the beds are comfortable We had dinner at the restaurant, I loved everything they presented and staff also friendly. Breakfast great especially with freshly baked croissants and pastries, they serve egg according to your request, the staff are nice since the offered chicken mortadella when we discovered that one is pork and we don't eat it and they prepared it next day They have spa but i didn't tried it due shortage of time I highly recommend this hotel

Room is a part of house directly in downtown of city, 5min walking from railway station.. Everything is close, no car needed in this area. Room was on 1st floor, no necessity to use the lift but for higher floors, the possibility to use it... Fully arranged appartement with all necessary you need for longer or shorter trips. We stayed there only one night, but we recommend it as well for longer stays , we felt there as at home..nice, cozy. Despite the building is located directly in main street of city, calm appartment with no negative echo from teh street. We had the view to the mountains close the the Lienz.

Everything was perfect, location - beautiful alpine village, accomodation simple and clean, staff happy to help and friendly, near to the ski lift and to the meeting point for ski courses for kids, excellent breakfast with a gluten free bread option, we can't wait to come again.

I would rate this hotel 20 out of 10 if I could- one of the best hotels Ive ever been to- and I’m travelling a lot. Quiet, spacious, clean, great views, excellent breakfast, friendly host. Sauna for 4 people(infra red, turkish, russian) included in price, also there is on site laundry facility. Grocery superstore 10 min away, pretty close to best hikes in the area- Tre Cime and Schtrudelkopf are both under an hour drive. Excellent stay, thank you Beatrix!

Everything. Big spacious apartment with beautiful view of alps in a nice small village. When opening windows, you can hear the sound of stream which was so refreshing. Also swimming pool with a view.

We had a super stay! The apartment was very nicely renovated with a stylish but cosy feel. The kitchen was well supplied with all the utensils and condiments we needed, the bathroom had a great walk in shower, and the beds and bedding were very comfortable! The location was also great, hidden away in the mountains yet with great access to the road towards the Dolomites. What was also nice was the selection games down in the common room. For us, the balcony was a lovely extra, and a great way to enjoy an evening after a long day of hiking! Would 100% stay again!
