Requested and was given a quiet, top-floor room for my one-week stay. Reception and checkout were efficient and pleasant. Housekeeping was consistently good. The property was clean, and furnishings were relatively new-looking. The bed was comfortable, the shower was strong, the aircon was quick to cool and easily adjustable. Parking was secure and provided easy access to a main road. A grocery store and fast food are a two-minute walk across the street. It was the best hotel stay I've enjoyed in recent memory, and I'd give it eleven stars if I could.

The cleaners were excellent. It was a lovely surprise to come home to a freshly made bed and pristine white towels a few days after checking in. The beds were comfortable and the couches were very cosy too. The view from the balcony is fabulous and the walk along the river is very enjoyable.
