Hotel was perfect..The Hotel is smart so you do not nees to wait on reception..everything is only to get the code for key locker where you find the key for your room… Te breakfast were delicious and employee vere kind and very profesional.. Wonderful and well equipped appartements, very helpful and friendly staff, good starting poit for hikes and tours, absolutely quiet, really good meals and wine are served in the restaurant, good and rich breakfast buffet, we can recommend this house for families with kids, because it is located only 500 m from one of the greatest attractions of the Czech Republic - the Treetop Path. A fantastic place for hiking in the Karkonosze Mountains. We spent 7 wonderful days.
