Very nice apartment. Stylish and warm. Good location. Tram stop in front of the house, walking distance to Petrin hill with playgrounds. A delicious tapas restaurant across the street. We recommend!

It's a perfect place to stay in Prague. The room was very comfortable, clean and cozy. It had everything either for short-term and for long-term visits - a big comfortable bed, a wardrobe, a table with chairs, bedside tables,a big TV with different channels, a small fridge, a dishwasher, a cooker, a coffee machine, a kettle, glasses, cups and plates etc. We have also wi-fi. We enjoyed every moment there and felt like at home. The location is super - the hotel is situated near the centre. There are a lot of cafes, restaurants and shops not far from it. Everything was just amazing. We highly recommend this hotel, because of its great location, cozy rooms, fantastic service and pleasant staff. We'll definitely come there next time.

The apartment was a great pleasure to spend time in. It was in a building that dated back many hundreds of years, which made it a really unique place to stay. The apartment itself was, of course, renovated and had all the comforts you would expect, yet you felt when you passed into the building that you were entering medieval times. There was really no end of marvels!

The experience was fantastic! Check-in was so easy with the codes. The apartment was very clean and comfortable, with everything I needed and more. Also, when I arrived, I was a bit lost, but the girl at reception was so kind and polite—she helped me a lot. Thank you very much to her! When I return to Prague, I will definitely stay at Havel Residence again
