The apartment house is centrally located, just a few minutes from the city center (which is beautiful). There is a supermarket just below the flat. The apartment was comfy, clean, we really enjoyed our stay. One of the best apartments that we have been to in Germany.

We liked everything. The apartment was immaculate in terms of cleaning and decoration. It was very large and very comfortable. Our interactions with the staff were polite and helpful. The decoration of our apartment and of the whole building is beautifully done. The location is not in the historical Altstadt, but is a fairly short walk away, or one tram stop, and it is close to other parts of the city. Altogether excellent.
