Located in the front of university. Nice and clean area. Students , science centre. 10 meters from metro. Travelled by car. Parking just for 1€ per 24 hours. Not sure if restaurants and shops around, did not spot any. However for us it was not an issue. We would definitely stay here again.

The location was around 15 mins walk from a couple of train stations with connections to the airport and Munich city centre. Restaurants were approx 15 mins walk away also. The hotel is spotlessly clean with all you need to have a very comfortable self catering stay. Edeca store is next door also. We did have an issue with the self check in and despite being after midnight, I called on WhatsApp and we were met by a friendly lady (really sorry I didn't get your name) who sorted our check in within a couple of minutes.

Great location near the train station the staff were really helpful. I was going to a concert and the ticket company sent the ticket to he hotel before my checking date the staff kept my tickets safe until we checked.
