the design and vibe was amazing, location great, even walkable to the city or by bus or scooter easily reachable, friendly staff, clean room with cool amenities like wireless chargers, led lights behind bed, wall-mounted folding desk perfect for work from laptop, fully equipped kitchen with a dishwasher and an amazing bathroom with a spacious rain shower, noticed the building (balconies etc) and some rooms were still in construction so all is completely new

The self-check-in process was quick and easy. The room was very clean, well-organized, and reasonably sized. The neighborhood is quiet, and the location is excellent. I would definitely stay here again if I visit Konstanz.

I do really appreciate that basically the landlord helps us a lot, he provide the everything which we need, for instance, we need add two more beds cause we have like 5 people, and he just said it is ok, and also we found the light of the apartment is kind of dark and the landlord just move the more brighter light bulbs to us and it exactly works. So I think he is so good for these services. I recommend someone to stay here!

The terrace is fabulous, either for an evening apero or for breakfast in the morning. The location is perfect, in the old town close to everything and very close to the lake for the views or a morning swim. The owner/managers were truly a pleasure to meet - so friendly and welcoming! Thank you.

Lovely bright hotel room with small balcony. There was no air conditioning but a fan was provided and kept the room adequately cool overnight. It was very warm during our visit; The hotel left a stock of clean sheets by the lift for customers to use instead of duvets - a welcome service in these conditions. Good clean bathroom and great shower. We didn’t use the small swimming pool on this trip but it’s good to have another time. Lovely breakfast. Garage available but we were allowed to park our 2 motorcycles for free beside the garage entrance. A nice walk along the lake side into the centre of town makes this hotel a lovely place to stay. We would definitely choose to come back.

Fantastic views and very roomy. The steak and cordon blue at the restaurant were phenomenal! Wonderful friend staff who made reservations for us nightly.

It will be nice to have a kettle in the room next time. Only minus - terrible pillows, please please please change them. Those things are dead now, it’s time to buy a new one. I love warm floor, I love shower, I really enjoy this place.
