fantastic location. clean. large apartment with 2 x bedrooms one with large double bed and 1 with 2 x single beds. then have 2 x bathrooms and toilets and showers. all come with towels and toiletries. has small kitchenette fully equipped and large fridge and a separate smaller freezer. large comfy couch in living room with TV. beds very comfortable. service excellent. Hadi got in touch with us to check what time we arrive then texted photos and details of lock box which made getting in so easy. we asked for extra towels and Hadi had them there within the hour. nothing was too much trouble. upon leaving we simply left the keys in the lockbox. the place is in an alley off the main pedestrian mall of marienplatz and stochastic which both had wonderful Christmas markets and an open air ice rink. restaurants and beer halls minutes away on foot with burger place and Italian restaurant either side of entrance into apartments. if ever staying in Munich again it will definately be at this place. 10 out of 10.

Clean, modern, tidy, studio apartment, very quiet area and soundproof. It is equipped with all facilities, you feel like you are at your home, working lift, excellent heating and wifi signal, good location; it is 2 minutes walk to a bus stop, it is an excellent option for attendes to Allianz Arena matches as its close to the stadium, Lidl and other supermarkets are very nearby. Nice reception staff who kindly let me have a free of charge slightly early check in, available 24 hours. Offering 24 hours free hot drinks at the reception. Very rich breakfast and excellent service by the staff who made sure everything is available and continuously restock the open buffet, even vegetarian people have many good options.

Everything about this hotel was perfect for our stay. You can check-in online before arriving which saves you time at the reception. The staff was friendly and professional. The room was gorgeous: a nice view, kitchen was well equipped, comfortable beds, huge and clean bathroom. There's a grocery store just next to the hotel. There's a lot of amenities provided in the hotel: gym, a games room, a terrace bar, a library, multiple 'exhibition' rooms to take pics and hang out, a movie room, a restaurant and co-working space. Most importantly for us they had a laundry service which was very much needed after a rainy few days. You can store your luggage at the hotel after check out for no additional fee. I would love to stay here again if I revisit Munich :)

The view was amazing, the room spacious, the bed comfortable, the kitchen well organised. The hotel is well connected to the city center and offers good facilities to relax. I'd say that Adina has one of the best views in Munich. Very good restaurant on the pricier side.

The hotel is in a quiet area, and the self-check in process was easy. The room was clean, and the coffee machines in the lobby and in the room were a nice bonus. It was a good stay, and I will book this hotel again when I visit the International Congress Centre in Munich. The ICM can be reached by U2 (one stop), but it is also just a 30 min walking from the hotel, mostly through a pleasant area.
