Amazing apartment, very spacious and clean. Location 2 min walking distance to the ocean. You should be a bit pro with apps and distance checking to get in, but all is doable. It's totally great value for the money.

The apartment is very good value for money, well equipped with all necessary conveniences. It is especially well located if one wishes to use the buses to explore the island. San Telmo bus station is handily close.

What I liked most: the hotel is close to the beach, about 5 km from the old town – easy to reach by bus (ticket costs €1.40). There is a washing machine, dishes, and everything you need for a comfortable stay. The biggest downside parking. It’s very difficult to find a spot, and if you do, it’s usually paid. Since you are not a local resident, you have to pay and can only park for 1 hour. The alternative is underground parking. On Saturdays and Sundays (public holidays), parking is free. But it’s the same with parking all over Gran Canaria.This is not a hotel issue. I’m writing to let you know in advance

It was spacious with modern facilities including air conditioning and a TOASTER! A very clean apartment 30 seconds from the beach and restaurants. Supermarket nearby. I would definitely stay again.

Rooms exceeded my expectations, very beautiful tasteful decor, very spacious .Lots of storage , lots ! Kitchen separated by doors , basically equipped. Spotlessly clean apartment, comfortable beds , good shower . 2 min to parking, to shop , to beach !
