Perfect Beach Hotel at the Playa de Palma. Huge Pool and perfect communal areas that give more a 5 star atmosphere. Rooms are a bit noisy but with Ohropax no problem. Highlight is also Guest Experience Manager Natalia who makes sure everyone is happy. And the amazing breakfast and dinner from chef Claudio. In general whole team is super, esp. Letizia and Cesar.

The hotel’s location is excellent, with good cleanliness. The room was equipped with a smart TV and plenty of kitchen appliances (although we didn’t make use of them).

Beautiful boutique hotel in very good location. Lovely ambiance, friendly staff, lovely interior and not to mention good quality bed linen (writing this from a charter hotel with very poor bed linen 😂) and nice Molton Brown products. Roof terrace with the small pool is lovely for the afternoon after Palma shopping and sightseeing!

the room was ideal with a seaview, enough space. good beds for comfortable sleeping. food ( breakfast and dinner ) was really good and enjoyable. only i d like to express it d be perfect to give a bottle of water for dinner (free of charge), stuff war hospitable and helpful, warm swimming pool is really nice. music and kids programme at the bar inside war also perfect.
