The moment we stepped into the reception area, it smelt and looked wonderfully clean. With very nice furnishings. We were upgraded to a one bedroom apartment, giving us two shower rooms and two balconies, and two TVs . The rooms were tastefully decorated and very clean. The large bed was extremely comfortable with good quality sheets. Two bottles of water, two coffee sachets and two tea bags were supplied in the kitchen area. The location is very good a bus stop just outside and a very short walk to the train station. Shops, bars and restaurants all very close The reception is manned 24 hours a day.

Room went beyond expectation. Convenient location, amazing view, facilities like hairdryer, strong pressure in shower, microwave, kettle, etc. Room was very clean. New furniture encouraged to keep clothes and accessories in so the room stayed tidy. Staff was so friendly and welcoming and super efficient.

The property is in an excellent location with lots of restaurants and shops. It is also close to the beach. The property is clean and tidy and the staff are helpful. I had a few issues and staff were happy to help. The cleaning staff are amazing especially Alessia - always happy and bubbly. There is also a dishwasher and washing machine there with washing detergent provided. I loved this as it meant not having to worry about running out of clothing. I really could not fault the place and would say that it was one of the best decisions I have made. A really excellent apartment in an excellent location.

    Loved the location. Beautiful view over promenade and sea. Close to town and lovely big room with beautiful new bathroom and brilliant air conditioning. Staff were friendly and everywhere very clean. Good communication with staff answering queeries etc. Self catering kitchen was great with cooker fridge and plenty of utensils. Though a wee cleaning cloth and washing up liquid would have been helpful.
