I liked the location, the staff, the amenities, the cleanliness, and all the hotel's services. All the staff were very kind. The hotel is at brief steps of a pedestrian walk that connects the Royal palace and the Gran Vía.

Apartosuites Jardines de Sabatini in Madrid exceeded all our expectations. We absolutely loved it! The location is excellent, within walking distance of all the city's main attractions. It is also conveniently situated near one of Madrid's main shopping centres, Centro Comercial Príncipe Pío, where you can find the well-known Mercadona supermarket. The hotel is surrounded by small shops and good restaurants. Everything at the hotel works efficiently and properly. We cooked food in the kitchen, and everything went smoothly. I needed to work online throughout my stay, and the internet connection was always fast, reliable, and stable. It felt like home. A particularly thoughtful gesture was the hotel offering drinks (water, both still and sparkling, tea, coffee, and juice) and light snacks free of charge every day from 1 pm to 7 pm. There is a breathtaking view of Palacio Real de Madrid from the terrace. Above all, we must mention the fantastic staff of the hotel, as they are truly the gems of the place. Special thanks to May, Noelia, and Daniel; all the other staff members (whose names we do not know) were also very helpful and supportive. They were quick to resolve any issues or challenges. They all went above and beyond to make our stay and experience unforgettable. It was our first visit to Madrid, and this hotel made it an incredible adventure. We wholeheartedly recommend staying at this hotel.

Loved the central location, everything was modern, nice and clean, bed was super comfy, loved the big shower, the kitchenette was well equipped and the room was spacious. I liked that everything was accessible through codes/without human interaction but that someone was always present in case you needed help. Great stay overall.

This contemporary apartment is in a great location in central Malasaña, Madrid. The apartment itself is very cool, with everything we might have needed - including a well-equipped kitchen. As a family group of three, the shared ensuite off the bedroom and the fold-out bed in the living room were not an issue. The neighbourhood is great, with cafes, restaurants, supermarkets and shopping all on the doorstep - and just a short walk to other central areas of Madrid such as Gran Via.
