1. Customer service was great from reservation to leave. 2. Brand new/renovated property, thinking and setting all that is required for home feeling with well equipped kitchen, 3. safety: door code is used both in entering the building and the apartment. 4. proximate to metro/super market/local restaurant and cafe: recommendation on TIA JULIA for breakfast and Bardero for supper.

We selected this hotel mainly because of the kitchenette in the room, as our son is very picky on food so it was easier to just cook for him. Grocery shopping was pretty easy with a shop just 2mins walk away. The hotel is situated in a very central area, just a few minutes walk from Plaza de Espana and Gran Via. The staff was very polite and super helpful and was easy to communicate in english with them. Room was spacious with all the specified amenities, it was very clean and the housekeeping stuff was very polite too.

Every member of the staff, from receptionists to cleaning staff were really nice and helpful, one the young receptionists in the night shift was really helpful in helping me organise transport, and the cleaning ladies were so nice and available to suit my times! Also there was a little problem with the air con in my room, it did not affect me but I informed the receptionist, who immediately cared to organize to have it fixed and left a complementary bottle of water and box of sweets in my room. I was really impressed by the service!

After I checked out, I went to the train station, and was seated on the train, when there the great 2025 Blackout of Spain, Portugal, and France occurred. I walked back to the hotel (almost 3 hours, long story) and they worked to get me a room and something to eat and something to drink, and escorted me up 5 flights of stairs to make sure I made it. I really felt loved. In the morning the staff was still there.

We had small inconvenience when I arrived but the staff was very responsive and helped me immediately. The room was very clean, the bed is super comfortable. Very close to metro and a bus stop. Big supermarket 6 min away from the apartment. Was surprised by how the room looked like in real life. It exceeded my expectations. Especially nowadays, when a lot of accommodations post too retouched photos.

Location was great just off the main street and abt 5-10 mins walk to both Tribunal and Bilbao Metro stations. Good food choices available (especially Art Cafe nearby) and groceries stores (Lidl and 2 Carrefours). Staff was very helpful as well. They were on-site within a very short time after reporting issue with one of the blinds via WhatsApp. Online communications was great too. Luggage storage is available too for before and after stay.

We were greeted by Emma at reception, who was lovely and helpful. The room was clean and spacious, and having a sauna in the room was a nice addition. The included breakfast was provided by Patio de Leones, next door to the hotel, which was excellent. The flamenco show adjacent to the residence was authentic and entertaining.
