The villa is located right in Santa Claus Village. Just like the pictures. Close to bus stops, shops and restaurants. It's a beautiful very clean villa. We stayed in the first floor. You have to cook breakfast yourself but I didn't mind they provide you with lots of goods for breakfast and even snacks too. They cleaned up the kitchen and bathroom daily. The host was very sweet and pleasant. She even let me hire her babysitter for a night out in town. We really enjoyed our stay! Thank you for everything!

Mari is the best host! We were first nervous to pay directly outside of booking.com platform but Mari was super patient with us, and ensured us about the security. Place is exactly like it shows in the photos, no surprises. Location is amazing, right in the village. Mari also provided us with groceries, supplies every single day for breakfast, whatever we asked for. Apartment was cleaned every single day. We couldn’t have asked for a better place, host and experience.

Good location near to town area. Warm chalet, bathroom attached with Sauna, comfy mattress,cozy living place, small kitchen with everything. The front desk staff is friendly and smiling. The chalet is opposite the lake with fantastic view. Breakfast has a lot of variety & very delicious! We enjoy our stay in Rovaniemi. Highly recommend!

The host was so informative and provided all the necessary information clearly. The location of the suite is really close to the centre. Comfortable and clean room with usability of the facilities. Great value for money for this season of the year. I will definitely stay in Crystal Suites again when I visit Rovaniemi again. I highly recommend it to everyone!
