Nice new building close to "The Docs" shopping mall. We were placed close to the elevator on the first floor and were a bit worried it would be noisy, but as the building was new, we newer heard any noise even as the hotel was fully booked.

We are on a cycling holiday and it had fantastic storage for our bikes. It was a big room with cooking facilities and local shops. Around 2 miles to the city centre so quite far if you want to be in the busy centre. Friendly staff.
