The room was very clean and spacious. Our towels were changed every day and the room cleaned. The staff was very friendly. They even helped us with an iron for our clothes. The hotel is very big and modern. The subway is very close(5-6 minutes)

Comfortable, clean room with plenty of space. Clean bathroom, provided fresh towels daily and has a good shower. The lobby is inviting with comfortable seating and plenty of leaflets for activities and surrounding areas. There is offer of snacks and drinks downstairs (didn’t need but nice to see/know). There are options of on-site laundry and fitness facilities again which we didn’t use but good to know. The staff on reception are helpful and friendly. Overall pleasant stay and would recommend.

recently stayed at Odalys City Lyon Bioparc and was super happy with my choice. If you’re looking for a spot for a short city break with the option to cook your own meals, Odalys City Lyon Bioparc is a great pick. It’s especially convenient since the hotel is right next to the Bioparc and Lyon’s 8th arrondissement, making it easy to get to all the main attractions. The metro line is just a straight 15-minute ride to the center, which is awesome. Plus, we easily found free parking right across the street, and they also have their own parking that's pretty affordable. The staff were absolutely amazing—so friendly and welcoming, always ready to help and make your stay comfortable. The apartments are clean and spacious, which is a big plus even for a short stay.

    All the staff on the desk were very polite and helpful. Although I considered the room to be self-catering a daily cleaning team came in and left fresh towels etc, which was a welcome surprise. With temperatures in the mid to high 30's the air-con was a Godsend and wasn't turned off while I was out, which made it nice and cool on my return. Handy for local food shopping, there was even a LIDL, close by.
