In a few minutes walk, you are in the spacious park (Les Hautes Promenades) bordering the centre. Our apartment was bright, and most importantly, the bed was very comfortable. The kitchen had most equipments you need. Additionally, the staff were friendly and helpful. My room was at the back of the building overlooking a grass quadrangle and it was exceptionally quiet.
