Lovely, quaint room. The washroom was perfect...very large and well equipped. The hidden kitchenette was perfect for our stay. Location was great and very close to the shops and restaurants.

Stayed with our dog in the new and a beautifully appointed apartment to visit our son at Uni. Very modern, yet homely feel. The bed was very very comfortable combined with the black out blinds resulted in 2 very good nights sleep. We loved the modern amenities and that we could use the lovely coffee machine in the downstairs area. We will definitely be back in the New Year. We met the owners who were so helpful, couldn’t do enough and were rightly proud of their project.

The location was excellent, could not of been more central to Leeds shopping and nightlife. The facilities were superb and the owner could not of been more helpful providing tea, coffee and sugar as well as bottled water.
