Just an incredible place! My family and I first stayed one night and stayed almost two weeks! This is the place to truly unwind! The atmosphere in the hotel itself is incredible and plus there are stunning mountains around. Separately, you can talk a lot about the owners of this place, they are just wonderful, as if I was spending time with close friends. The food, the design of the hotel and rooms, the cleanliness, everything is perfect. I recommend to come here and have a wonderful rest.

Very clean, great place, great staff. We have enjoyed sitting outside in the night watching the stars and playing tavli (backgammon). Excellent breakfast prepared in detail. Staff is fantastic very helpful and I would like to thank Eleni. We have forgotten something in our room and she was very helpful to send it by courier. She has provided us also with a lot of information where to go what is very interesting etc.

The room was very good and comfortable. Stavros was an hospitable host offering treats and advice for our stay. Most of the things were new and the apartment seemed renovated. Excellent establishment.

Location: it's within 2 minutes walk from the river and the Aoos gorge. On the other hand if you want to visit Old Konitsa (where the coffees, markets, etc. are), you have to climb 20 minutes or take the car. Staff: very friendly. Rooms: large enough, equipped with good taste and quality. No noise leaking from the other rooms.

I would highly recommend this hotel to family and friends. It was a very clean hotel from the bed linen to the bathroom, floorboards and balcony. Hotel staff were very friendly too. The family apartment we stayed in was large and comfortable. The hotel staff were very kind and welcoming when we arrived. The location is just a quick 10 minute drive into the centre. I’ll definitely book here again when I visit Ioannina in the future.

Stunning modern apartment, beautifully fitted out and furnished. Owner responded quickly to my requests. I would score this place a bit higher than 10. It's not in the prettiest part of town but it's only 15 minutes walk away from the Kastro (and 5 minutes from the bus station). I enjoyed the atmosphere and the comings and goings in the street below.

We had our very own little stone house, built to create the same feel as the numerous stone houses in the village. It was charming and very well provisioned. The host was incredibly generous with food, fruits, juice, milk, coffee, snack food, bread etc etc. And the location was fantastic—an easy walk to see the spectacular Vikos Gorge from the Monastery of Paraskevi and several good restaurants. There was ample parking on the street just 50m away (but you can't park any closer to the house)
