We recently had the pleasure of staying at Nova Luxury Suite, and it was an exceptional experience from start to finish. The breakfast was simply outstanding, offering a delicious and varied selection that left us looking forward to it each morning. A huge part of what made our stay so memorable was the incredible customer service. Soula and Kelly were fantastic, always ready to assist us with a smile and ensuring everything was perfect. Tina also deserves a special mention for her friendly and professional demeanor. The location of the suite is ideal, providing easy access to all the local attractions while maintaining a peaceful and luxurious ambiance. Overall, Nova Luxury Suite exceeded all our expectations. What an amazing stay!! We're so happy we chose this place for our holidays in Santorini . The apartment was stunning, very well equipped, beautiful furniture, EXTREMELY CLEAN, the balconies were nice and comfortable for relaxing and catching sun. The jacuzzi was a dreamy one, with water at a perfect temperature for enjoying it day and night. Breakfast is homemade and freshly served everyday - delicious! But what actually made our stay even more perfect ....it was the warm hospitality we found. Melina, the most patient - honest - friendly - helpful - fun - host , George, and Sylda, who were always checking that everything was on point and that we were happy with it. First and foremost, I want to thank the staff, who made us feel not like we were in a hotel, but at home! We were upgraded to a higher-standard room, but I also had a chance to peek into the other rooms, and all of them are very well-equipped. Our room was on the first floor, which mesnt we had to go downstairs to access the pool, but since it was late October, we didn’t use in that much. The room had a balcony with a view of the pool, trees and little cozy parking, which I really loved. Our room was essentially a small apartment with two bedrooms, a kitchenette (equipped with a fridge, toaster, dishes, kettle, cutlery and a wine opener), and a bathroom. It was fantastic setup for me as I was travelling with a baby and a teenage daughter. For my baby they provided a crib, and there was a baby chair in the breakfast too. Breakfast were delicious, served buffet-style, but the kitchen lovely lady always made special french toast for us. The location is excellent, close to scenic viewpoints and the main tourist areas yet slightly if the beaten path, which provides more tranquility. It’s also conveniently near a shoo, pharmacy and bus station.

The place is perfect and everything is like pictures you see. It's a new hotel and our suite was so stunning! The location is very peaceful and if you want to see a breathtaking sunset, don't go anywhere else.....all you want is there.....Forget everything and enjoy your hot tube and your magical pool!!!
