one of the most unique place we ever booked. it was located in one of the oldest houses in Modica. Giovanni was a great host, he treated us like his family and showed us the museum they have and told the story of his family. so much to learn. if any issues arised he made sure is been resolved as quickly as possible.

The staff are incredibly helpful and friendly. The breakfast was great and the rooms spacious and clean. The pool area is very nice and well-kept. We had a flight cancellation and they were so helpful- rebooking our taxi etc.

Apartments super clean & equipped with everything needed like home. Very nice & very clean pool area served with sunbeds & unbrellas. Superb views from terrace overlooking the pool, fields & open seas. All this at absurd prices, really good value for money. Will definitely visit again.

This is one of the best stays we have had. The room was spacious and comfortable and the pool area was spectacular with open views across the bay and all facilities that you would need. Quiet at all times which was just what we wanted. With only 6 apartments this place will never feel crowded. The owners have done a fantastic job in renovating the property into an amazing holiday location. We will be back.
