Serviced Apartments in Orosei

The apartment was clean, stylish and well-equipped, just like in the photos. We even had our own phone chargers next to the bed, which was excellent as I had accidentally left mine at home. The host was amazing, whenever we needed something he always replied immediately. He also provided us with excellent recommendations of local restaurants and activities. The location was nice, right next to the services of the city center, but still quiet.

This is a new apartment but has not been checked/snagged properly. The bedroom side lamps don’t work, the showerhead does not work, the WiFi does not work! It cost me and my partner more than €30 ( for two days on an eSIM data) in buying data because the WiFi does not work and if you want abit of signal, you have to stand outside the apartment ( I was told that nobody has ever complained about this so they don’t see the problem. Probably because nobody has stayed in this apartment). The sad truth about this place is that nobody cares that you’re uncomfortable. They dont supply you with an extra roll of toilet paper, they did not provide you with abit of a washing up liquid for the dishes, no sugar, no tea, no coffee. This apartment was appalling! And the group that runs this should be made completely away of how pathetic they are! It then cost me further €20 to go buy the basics from the store nearby ( I needed such a small quantity) . I was told that I should have read the booking.com page. For the WiFi, they told me that the technician will come in the morning to sort things out but nothing happened for my two night stay here except more expenses ( noting it was on a weekend). This place treats their guest terribly. I would not recommend this place to anybody nor would I recommend the company advertising for this space. No apologies, nothing! When I told the staff the issues, they told me that it’s impossible that these things are happening and came to inspect for themselves, thinking that I am some kind of idiot and that I don’t know how to operate a shower or don’t know how the internet works. The people that run this should be ashamed of themselves and for the most useless service they can’t provide!

Matteo was absolutely the loveliest host you will ever meet. He greeted us at the apartment even though we came in really late during the night to pass the keys and recommend restaurants and nice beaches to visit in Cala Ganone. The place was so clean, very centrally located (close to port for the boat out to the beaches), and the host and his dad was so helpful and keen to help any way they can. Would definitely stay at Matteo’s again if i come back to Cala Ganone!

Exceptional view and location! Room was very tidy and comfortable, air conditioning and mini-fridge came very handy at this hot weather. Location was also a big plus as the port and the closest beach is just a couple of minutes away. Eventhough we have not meet in person with Enzo, he provided us all the information and support we needed. Grazie mille! Highly recommended place if you want to explore Cala Gonnone and the beautiful Gulf of Orosei.

It’s nice that you can use the hotel pool during your stay. The bathroom has been refurbished and is really good. Toiletries are provided.

Nice flat, everything is new inside. View of the mountains was as a bonus😊 Definitely recommend!

We arrived, without luggage which was misplaced by the airline. Ben was amazing. He negotiated and translated on our behalf. nothing was too much trouble.

Really helpful staff and everything was as we asked! Had everything we needed!
