The residence is located in quiet street. The rooms are spacious. The kitchen very well equipped for a small cooking - even a small oven is provided. The biggest advantage is the spacious balcony with a sea view. There is also a private parking inside. The reception lady was very kind and supportive when we asked her anything. The beach is in the vicinity - just 5 minutes down the street by walk. The city centre is also reacheable by foot. In the city there is a train station with direct IC trains to Genova.

A 3-minute walk from public beaches at Ospedaletti, this modern residence offers an outdoor pool, sun terrace and garden.

The staff stayed open 30 mins later for me as I was cycling and arrived late, which I really appreciated. I tried to warn him but the email bounced back. The best thing about this place is obviously the mini kitchen, which had lots of equipment (e.g. cheese grater, knives, lemon squeezer, pans), I would have been confident making a more elaborate meal e.g. pasta with tomato sauce. The room was also enormous, and had two windows. It had a fan on the ceiling and a view of the mountains. The man let me store my bicycle in one of the empty units on the ground floor, which was very kind of him. I wish I had more nights there as it was very relaxing and felt like home.

Property is perfectly located to access all areas of Sanremo. Quiet street right in front of the beach. The hotel has free bikes so you can explore the foreshore. Washing facilities available. But most of all the staff are wonderful. Like similar posts they do everything possible to ensure your stay is fantastic. Communication is the key to their success

The staff of the Green Park was simply amazing, especially Viviana, she waited for our later arrival, chose us the rooms that were close to each other (we were a bigger family group) and when our kids got sick, she even called her own doctor to arrange an appointment, instead of having to wait in an emergency of a hospital. We felt very welcome. The pool was very clean and super nice to have. The view of the rocks is also dramatic and pretty. The apartments are spacious and cosy. The procimity to Menton (15 minutes), Monaco, Nice makes it a perfect starting point to explore the French Rieviera. However, we found the best beaches in Ventimiglia, from all the places. And the prices are a bit better then in the French Riviera, too.
