The staff were all very helpful and friendly. Our coffee machine was broken and got replaced the minute I reported it. Very nice pool area, water a bit too cold for me at the beginning of June, but the kids loved it. I loved the privacy of each apartment, there were quite a few people staying, but it didn't feel crowded at all.

Cosy apartment - everything was there. Breakfast was very good - toasts, cakes, croissants, juices, eggs and etc. Double bed huge and comfortable. But the best thing about this place is staff - each member was very kind and helpful.

The location is beautiful, the apartments exceptionally clean, and breakfasts are generous and delicious. Valentino has created a beautiful, welcoming place to stay, and he is a warm and generous host. We will have to go back to enjoy the lovely pool and sundeck with incredible views of the Tuscan countryside.
