So happy with our choice! It was so surprisingly spacious, comfortable, convenient, and clean! There were gondolas coming and going right down from our window. Plenty of restaurants around, and the hotel had a special entrance for water cabs to get on and off the boat, making it easy for us to carry our luggage to the parking garage

It’s a bit out of center but that’s what we were looking for. We didn’t want to be in the center of crowd and noise. This neighbourhood is quite vivid at night with all locals and very nice places around it.
