We stayed at this hotel for seven nights, and it was fantastic! The service was always friendly and attentive. The breakfast was excellent every day and a real highlight of our stay. The location is perfect for exploring the nearby mountains, the many hot springs, and the rural areas of Japan in general. Our son loved the playroom, and the staff was very family-friendly. There are also plenty of parking spaces, which was very convenient. We had a perfect stay overall and gladly give 5 stars!

Fantastic apartment. Fully equipped, modern, clean, very comfortable. Staff were super friendly and helpful. Not ski in ski out is the only downside, but transfers to and from apartment on arrival and departure, and supermarket runs daily are very handy. We would love to return in the future.

Dave and Takami and all the staff went above and beyond to make things easy and comfortable for the whole family. The staff took us to slopes, restaurants and supermarkets They are wonderful and really make this place special. The location is convenient, set in the Mominoki hotel complex with walking access to the Pub and Izakaya Kaz, Rythm rental. You can use the Mominoki hotel Onsen at a fee and even book a private family onsen there. Evergreen ski school is only 3min drive and then take you. You can ski back to the apartment from Saka place lifts.

Best location on the mountain if you’re a skier or boarder! Truely ski in & ski out. Great kitchen, hot shower and plenty of space to store things. Naoko went out of her way to make sure sheets and towels were changed and we could check in (very late) which was amazing! So many great food spots around - would stay here again in a heart beat!

Lovely accomodation with beautiful rooms. Great location a few minutes from ski lifts and good ski hire. Really accomodating staff who provided pick up and drop off at Happo bus terminal (main transport to Hakuba Happo). Breakfast was also excellent.
