The hotel is located about 20 mnt walk from the city center. Apparently it is a new construction. The hotel is sympatically furnished, the service nice.The rooms are smaller, but perfectly equipped, including a kitchenette with induction hob and dishwasher. Of course there are also dishes and a fridge with a small freezer. The only drawback in summer is the lack of air conditioning, the rooms overheat a lot. Ironically, it is better to live under the roof, where you can still open the skylight. Breakfast continental - coffee/tea/juice - sandwich - sweet pastry - yoghurt/fruit. Absolutely sufficient.

The area is extremely clean and safe, with easy access to a bus station going to the central station and city center. The staff is extremely friendly and helpful. The hotel is spotless, the breakfast is delicious and constantly resupplied. Absolutely great value. Wouldn't have stayed anywhere else in Malmo.

Large, clean, and spacious. Quiet and offered a decent breakfast. The room was large and with a separate bedroom area, which is possibly down to booking a superior studio. Couldn't fault it, so a score of 10 is well deserved. The kitchenette was very well stocked, including a filter coffee machine.
