Nothing was missing—there was a hairdryer, shower gels, soap, and even a large bottle of water provided. The apartment is in the heart of Tirana and directly in the city center. We also booked an airport shuttle taxi. The taxi was there well ahead of time, and we were informed in advance about what the taxi looked like and its license plate number. The customer service was excellent. I could contact Sandra via WhatsApp at any time to ask questions or share my requests. I always received a response within seconds. Overall, I can say that Rooftop Apartments is highly recommended, and I will definitely book my stay here again when I return to Tirana. Stayed for 3 nights. I was looking for a place near center with own parking, as this is a problem in the city, especially as a tourist as its hard to pay for on-street parking without local sim. This hotel meet all my expectations. Room was cozy, on a high floor so there was a city view. Breakfast was fine as well. I especially appreciated the friendliness of hotel staff, this was something unusual to my general experience with hotels. I recommend this place
