Although the apartment is close to the train station, you can barely hear the noise of the trains, because of the location of the house. There are several apartments for short-term rent in the apartment building, but we didn't meet anyone, it was very quiet. The parking lot is covered on the street. You can take nice walks in the area. Spar is just 2 minutes walk away. I would love to go back sometimes. Green lake is about 40 minutes by car.

I stayed here for a work conference. The location is very close to TU Graz which was perfect for me. Due to being busy with work I didn't get to use the cooking tools in the kitchen, but they seemed adequate that if I wanted to cook it wouldn't have been a problem. Bed is huge and comfy, and the room is quite spacious. The shower is nice and clean. I didn't interact with the owners in person, but the instructions for check-in and check-out are clear enough to make a seamless experience. The welcome snack is a nice touch and there is a vending machine on the ground floor if you're lazy. There is no AC but a fan; I was fortunate enough to avoid the heatwave so I'm not sure how warm it would get however.

The common areas and personal involvement of the owner made it much more enjoyable than a “normal” hotel.

The aparthotel provides rooms with air conditioning, free private parking and free WiFi. It was a wonderful stay overall. The apartment is very large with fantastic views on both sides. It is brand new with a nice modern design. Very comfortable and perfectly equipped with everything you might need for a joyful family stay. Sparkling clean everywhere except for hard to reach places like under the sofa.
