The concept of well put together functional and pristine lofts with all mod cons at your disposal if you need them, just fab, it really works! The reception/restaurant/relaxation area on the top floor, overlooking Prater where everyone is very welcoming and accommodating was a lovely experience all on its own. The location of the hotel is also convenient, with the U2 metro station less than 5 minutes away, very easy access to anywhere in Vienna and beyond you wish to go. We would definitely stay in Zoku again and we wholeheartedly recommend it!

They were really helpful with everything we needed and they always had a big smile on their faces. Breakfast was delicious (and with a different twist than what you’d expect from most hotels in Europe) and the caipirinhas we had were out of this world. I’d recommend it a billion times to every single person who plans on visiting Vienna. The stars of our stay, though, were Lari, Karine, Aline and Glenda. Big thanks to the girls, they’re amazing.

Cleaned by room service everyday. Contactless check in was very easy and convenient for us. The assistant was very helpful and gave us all the information we needed. The location was good, near Mariahilferstrasse and very close to a U-Bahn station. The hotel has a storage place where you can leave your bicycle/luggage/trollers before the check in hour. Everything was great and we will definitely come back here for our next trip in Vienna.
