The building is new with high quality finish, tastefully decorated, very comfortable and clean, spacious (we had a suite with a great view over the town and sea and two balconies) with kitchen amenities (including some basic teas and coffee, water, honey, butter) and strong WiFi. You can also do laundry downstairs if you need to. The apartments are above the main town, about a 10-15 minute walk down (the walk back is uphill) a few minutes by car. Argostoli itself is a very pretty and charming port town and a good base to see the other parts of the island.

Room is good with great balcony sea view. It was cleaned every day. Pool area and garden are amazing for morning or afternoon relaxation. Also, the owner Andreas hosted us very friendly and helped with recommendations. All in all, we would come back again!

Very close to the best restaurants. Highly recommended as base for island. Can also walk to some of the best beaches of the island. The welcome bottle of water and wine were very appreciated. The restaurant associated with the hotel is amazing as well.

Everything about the property was exceptional in every way. Great location, beautiful view of the harbor, close to the wonderful central square with abundant restaurants, very safe and secure. The staff, Elana and Eliana, and housekeeping were excellent. You won’t be disappointed!

It was such a nice room. It was clean, it’s near the road, accessible by car or by walking. The room had everything you needed from toiletries to kitchen utensils, and even a hob.

For added privacy, the accommodation has a private entrance and soundproofing. We can't speak highly enough about our stay at Alancia Suites. The property is very well maintained and the room was perfect, especially for an extended stay. Our room had beautiful interior design, excellent amenities and spotless daily housekeeping. The owners are wonderful people as well. They are friendly, very attentive to guests' needs and take great pride in their property. There is a public parking right next to the property. We had a problem with payment but it was quickly resolved.
