The shuttle was very convenient, and played a large part in why we chose to stay at this hotel! All of the staff were extremely nice from the receptionists, to the cleaners, to the guy who serves breakfast! As soon as we arrived to the hotel we were greeted outside with umbrellas (since it was raining) and the receptionist Geovani helped carry all bags inside.

The hotel is near the train station, we parked our car at the hotel secured compound, and took the train to visit Naples and Pompeii. Highly recommend.

It's hard to find anything better then Holidays dream. The room was absolutely beautiful with the best view ever. Roberta was so helpful from the start, helping us to get to the hotel in the best and fastest way. We got a lot of good tips where to eat and also help with the dinner reservations. The wheater was very windy when we were there and Roberta was so helpful finding us other transportations when we couldn't take the ferry as planned.

Great place to stay in Napoli, we walked everywhere. The owner (who I think I chatted by wasap the whole time) was very nice. She sent a fan to us (very hot room/building) and was very flexible with our arrival time. No key needed to go in the room, only codes wich is fantastic!
