Situated in the centre of Florence, Palazzo Martellini Residenza d'epoca features accommodation with free WiFi in a historic building. I booked the big room at Palazzo Martellini for our family of four mostly because of the location and price. I couldn't be happier w/ our room or the staff. The room is amazing for two reasons 1) size and 2) the original Renaissance era fresco on the ceiling. All of the staff were friendly and helpful. I had difficulty finding the place (we were driving) and Giorgio was very calm and helpful despite the fact he had to stay late on a Saturday evening. And finally the breakfast was fantastic. The best pastries I've had in Italy.

Brightly coloured and spacious, the apartments here are air conditioned and soundproofed. Each one offers a balcony, kitchenette and bathroom with a hairdryer and free toiletries. Everything about the residence. The lady who helped us check in, gated parking, ambience, space, facilities(they even had diaper genie to block diaper smell), bed, kitchenett, ac and security of the residence.. everything was great. We were passing by the area so we disnt get to enjoy the place much but we would definitely love to stay again.

We loved the pool, used it twice in our short stay. Loved the soft towels, bed linen and attention to detail of quality furniture and finishing throughout the hotel. Location was excellent too. Private off street parking also excellent.
